Surface Creations Warranty Information
For over 75 years, Consolidated Kitchens and Fireplaces have provided our customers with quality products combined with exemplary service. Your new hard surface product meets those same expectations. As such, we will warrant the performance of the material, fabrication and installation according to the terms contained in this document. This warranty is effective from the date of the original installation and is valid according to the time periods listed below for each specific surface material. Should a defect arise, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace your hard surface product with the same or similar material, depending on availability. This warranty is effective, provided that the product has been maintained to the manufacturer's specifications for care and maintenance. We will not warrant those products that malfunction due to normal wear and tear, misuse, environmental conditions or abuse, as determined by us and/or a representative of the manufacturer of the material in question.

Because natural granite may contain natural inherent flaws that are not controllable by Consolidated Kitchens & Fireplaces, granite products do not carry any warranty. During fabrication minor occlusions can and may occur. Consolidated Kitchens & Fireplaces will provide a quality repair of those areas. Consolidated Kitchens & Fireplaces will, however, warrant any failure that is a result of incorrect fabrication or installation. Consolidated Kitchens & Fireplaces reserves the right to make final decisions as they pertain to warrantable issues. Sealer is recommended for long-term care of granite countertops. Application of sealer every 6-12 months is recommended.
Quartz
Quartz countertops such as Dupont Zodiaq™ or Cambria™ USA products carry a 10- year warranty manufacturers warrranty. During fabrication, minor occlusions can and may occur. Consolidated Kitchens & Fireplaces will provide a quality repair of those areas. Consolidated Kitchens & Fireplaces reserves the right to make final decisions as they pertain to warrantable issues. No sealer is required for long-term care of quartz products.
